Your Prusa upgrade printhead comes with the new standard thermistor from E3D and the new thermistor-compatible heater block, making the E3D ecosystem even more accessible than before, with easy change-overs for a range of printing methods.
Choose the basic kit or an assembled, ready-to-install printhead.
The printhead is designed to fit onto any combination of standard bearings on the Prusa i3 X axis rods.
Requirements are that your machine has:
8mm Rods using LM8UU Bearings (or similar).
45mm Rod Spacing, ~15mm Belt Spacing.
One bearing on the top rod, two on the bottom, or the other way around..
The mounting bracket for this upgrade is similar in design to that of the standard V6-i3 upgrade kit. However they are NOT interchangeable (see image gallery).

Owners of Prusa i3 machines purchased directly from Josef Prusa himself please note:
Josef Prusa chose E3D as the new hotend of choice in late 2015 and ships Lite6 with the Original Prusa i3 kit. Full V6 is drop in compatible and can be purchased, precompiled firmware for Full V6 is available for download. Titan requires user modification of stock firmware settings.
